wild rice salad

For dinner last night I made a salad that I cobbled together from other recipes:

Wild rice

Kale

Tofu

Tomatoes

Avocado

And an improvised tahini dressing (tahini, water, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper)

It was delish!
