Next, I appreciate your trio of writing goals. I read them backwards, since I think it is the honesty that touches readers, which in turn produces the beauty. Back in our Buffalo (NY) days, Klinkenborg spoke at our school. After that, I read his MAKING HAY book and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lastly, I've been reading Tolstoi, who strikes me as another strong advocate of the honesty you admire.
