this is awesome...and (full disclosure) made me cry a little.
actually, that's my pet peeve with other blogs i read. if you're going to link to a video and tell me i should watch it, i need to know if it is (a) scary, (b) funny, (c) involves cute animals, (d) will make me cry, etc. i need a preview. so this video is well made and inspirational and thus you may cry a little. that is my full disclosure.
