how to screw up your sleeping schedule, by miss claire

step 1: be a little bit sick.  sore throat.  yuckkkkkk.

step 2: decide to take a nap so you can stay awake for the duke basketball game that night.  get in bed at 5:30pm, but SET YOUR ALARM (professional move) for 6:30pm.

step 3: wake up at 12:05am, having somehow turned the alarm off in your sleep and thus made a one hour nap into a six and a half hour nap.

this takes talent, folks.  please be impressed.  i'll now be having dinner and watching the duke game while trying not to wake up my roommate (aka a normal human being on a normal sleep schedule) and then...going back to sleep???  i do have to, you know, GO TO WORK IN SEVEN HOURS.
