really happy about this supreme court decision on monday - it makes sense to me, and i like my supreme court decisions to make sense. this is how i would interpret the constitution, so i'm happy that five people more important and educated than me agreed.
also, does it make someone a nerd if she can see a 5-4 decision, read a brief recounting of the decision, and know exactly which five justices voted with the majority? and then pump her fist when she was right? yes, yes, i know - i'm a total supreme court dork, AND I DON'T CARE.
